Bathroom remodeling doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At Rome Bath Remodeling, we’ve streamlined our process to make your bathroom renovation simple, smooth, and stress-free. Whether you’re upgrading to a walk-in shower, replacing an old tub, or doing a complete bathroom remodel, our proven method takes the guesswork out of the process. Here’s how it works:

In-Home Consultation & Bathroom Design

One of our experienced design consultants will visit your home to understand your vision, needs, and priorities for your bathroom remodel. We'll bring product samples, finishes, and design photos so you can plan your dream

Work Order & Approval

Once you’ve finalized your selections and layout, we’ll write up a clear and transparent work order. No hidden fees. Just honest pricing from your trusted local bathroom remodeling company.

Step: 3

Product Arrival & Scheduling

In just a few weeks, our production team will notify you once all custom materials and products for your bath remodel have arrived. Then we coordinate your installation date with your schedule.

Step: 4

Installation Day

Our certified bathroom installers will arrive between 7:00–7:30 a.m. to begin your one day bathroom remodel (or longer depending on your project scope). They’ll review the project with you, answer any questions, and then begin preparing the space by protecting your floors and surrounding areas.

Step: 5

Shower/Tub Area Transformation

We start by removing your existing tub or shower down to the studs. Then we:

Update plumbing for modern fixtures
Install mold-resistant backer board
Add structural support for grab bars or shower seating
Confirm subfloor integrity
Install your new tub or walk-in shower base, wall surround, shower head, and accessories

In most cases, your new shower or tub will be complete by the end of the same day—ready to use the very next morning!

Step: 6

Final Walkthrough & Cleanup

Before leaving, our team will thoroughly clean the work area and conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your bathroom remodel.

Step: 7

Follow-Up From Your Estimator

After the install, your design consultant will follow up to confirm everything meets your expectations. If anything needs adjustment, we’ll coordinate quickly with our production team to resolve it.
